Coronation Scot 1937 - Brake third No 5812. The last coach of the train. I find it odd that the LMS did not remove the corridor connection to the brake end of this coach. When travelling south this coach would have been the first coach in the train but the connection could not have been used as the LMS did not have corridor tenders unlike the LNER. Possibly so that the coach could be used on other trains  when not required for the Coronation Scot. I find that unlikely.
